Mindset, Coaching and Training Package

Imagine having one coach who supports your mindset and training needs!

If you want someone to support and challenge you at the same time, this package is for you! 

This 4 week program consists of: 

  • a 60 minute initial call –  mindset coaching session
  • a weekly 30 minute online personal training with me via ZOOM 
  • a weekly personalized training program  
  • a weekly 30 minutes accountability call 
  • daily check-ins 

I will also coach you on how to facilitate your internal processes to:

  • find time for yourself 
  • find motivation and drive 
  •  find a personal health vison
  • Redirect your mind from unhelpful mummy states of guilt, blame, overwhelm, weakness and shame to feeling content and enough – feeling great inside out.

A KNOW-HOW to a

It consists of weekly:
- One Live with a specific topic
- Facebook group to connect with other members of the program
- Unlimited email support
- One weekly focus group
- Weekly webinar on a health topic of your choice
(exercise, health goals, mindset, healthy habits, etc.)
- One a week online group fitness
training

This program is not a diagnosis, advice or therapy and it requires you to be accountable for your own decisions and actions.
