1:1 Wellness Package Mindset, Coaching and Training Package

If you have been a part of my FREE Facebook Group The Healthy Mummy Accountability Support Group but you feel like you need some 1:1 time, this package is for you!

This 4 week program consists of:

a 60 minute initial call – mindset coaching with me to narrow down your training and lifestyle goals, explore your current lifestyle challenges and exercise history and injuries
a weekly 30 minute online personal training with me via ZOOM
a weekly personalized training program – workout plan tailored for your home/garden (based on your needs + on the training environment
a weekly 30 minutes accountability call –health coaching and goal setting to discuss what is working and what needs to be changed, the challenges you have come across and we will reset your goals if needed
daily check-ins – emails about your training and lifestyle wins and me checking-in with you with suggestions and tips tailored for your needs
I will also coach you on how to facilitate your internal processes to:

find time for yourself
find motivation and drive
find a personal health vison

Redirect your mind from unhelpful mummy states of guilt, blame, overwhelm, weakness and shame to feeling content and enough – feeling great inside out.
